From its inception, the firm has focused on bridging the gap between developers and financial institutions by offering transparent advisory, strong banking coordination, and comprehensive end-to-end support
To support its expanding operations and long-term vision, the firm was formally incorporated as C N GANDDHI CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED on 27th January 2022. This transition marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey, enabling a more structured corporate framework, enhanced governance standards, and greater readiness for scalable and pan-India operations.
Over the years, the company has successfully worked with several reputed and well-established real estate developer groups, including Fifad Group, Shivant Group, Nilkanth Group, Raj Laxmi Group, Ganesh Group and many more reflecting the firm’s strong market credibility and trusted advisory capabilities.
